The service
ElephantScale One provides personalised courses generated with AI and reviewed by ElephantScale experts, an interactive AI instructor, assessments, and monthly group office hours.
Accounts
You are responsible for your credentials. Staff accounts require multi-factor authentication.
Subscriptions and trials
Access is governed by entitlements attached to your subscription or trial. Plans, prices, renewals, cancellations and refunds are described at purchase and depend on the billing platform (web, App Store, Google Play).
Content and AI
Instructor responses are generated by AI within an expert-approved curriculum. They may be incorrect; unclear or disputed points are escalated to a person. No professional advice is given.
Assessment and certificates
Grades may be produced automatically, by AI against a rubric, or by an expert. You may appeal. Certificates record completion of a course under configured rules and are not accredited qualifications.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other learners' data, extract answer keys, or misuse the instructor. Learner code runs only in an isolated sandbox when one is configured.
Office hours
Group sessions have limited capacity, a monthly entitlement and a cancellation cut-off. Recording requires consent.
Termination and deletion
You can delete your account from Account settings. ElephantScale may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Changes
Material changes will be notified in the product.
